This is D&D Collector’s Series Behir from Gale Force Nine. I have never painted a miniature with so many legs.
Giant Purple Worm
Here is Giant Purple Worm from Gale Force Nine. Except that he’s purple and really big, he has lots of teeth, so be aware! He can appear out of nowhere (from the below ground to be precise) and devour unlucky adventurer.
As with other large miniatures, airbrush really helped to speed up the painting process. After spraying with basic colors (purple for the most area and beige for underbelly) I appled dark wash. After that I worked on details with precise brush.
Eye Tyrant (another one)
Some time ago I painted Eye Tyrant from Gale Force Nine. Here is another one – this time more purple in color, but no less deadly and dangerous then the prevously painted red one.
Eye Tyrant
I finished Eye Tyrant from Gale Force Nine, a really big and nasty creature that dwells deep in the dungeon waiting for unfortunate trasure hunters. No one can sneak unnoticed as it has 11 eyes tracing all around. It measures over 170 mm to top of its tentacles, so it is really massive and dangerous opponent!
