my impression/opinion:
- the color tones feel wrong. they feel dirty in a way, not as bright as say the normal GW colors.
- they dry almost instantly - might be wanted since they are thought to be basecoats but it makes it impossible to use them for anything else
in general i would say they are not usefull for showcase painters, but they probably serve their porpuse in the army painting universe.

I wrote a photo-review of Foundation Paints when they arrived. Unfortunately for now its only in Polish, but hope to fix it soon.

In army painting they may be a treat, but for layering or glazing they are terrible. We almost ruined 3 paintjos with our attempts to glaze with them.
