Re: Don't try to f*ck the giant
Well, blatant ripp-offs tend to garner the interest of any company I guess.... And if you then so happen to be in the USA I guess you're made love to!
Btw, someone told me that Poland does not do the copyright thingy as one of the few countries in the world? Not explaining myself there very good so hope you understand?
MOD-EDIT:
It's not frothers hun

@Tim: Bullcrap - you can violate IP rights here and get sued as well, I just think court procedure etc is much more complicated here than in US for example.

Okay, just what I heard and you being familiar with the law there (in a good way! ) I thought I'd ask you.
This was actually told to me by someone from GW who stated HQ specified Poland as the wild west as you basically could get away with blatantly ripping off GW and other products and get away with it. Even mentioned Scibor there by name.

Re: Don't try to f*ck the giant
GW sent threat-email to smm about 3 years ago - I remember I even replied them
Re: Don't try to f*ck the giant
Well, Poland had no/limited IP regulations for years, but now we've had them for quite many years already. just like Demi said - trying to sue somebody here and win the case is so complex that I doubt they would do it - unless their rights were really seriously infringed.
see that even Scibor doesn't make his WFB/40k conversions anymore. the risk might be too high..

Hmm, so if I ever decide to start a company which involves miniatures *inspired by* I'd better start the company in Poland?!

You'd better do it in a country with no IP regulations, Skrit
