How to hold THIS mini when painting
How to hold THIS mini when painting
With most miniatures I paint I usually drill holes in feet and then attach it to the wine cork. It works OK. But this time I have 3 miniatures where feet are so small (hasslefree concubine, some Eolith/Spyglass chicks), that I will ruin it drilling there. Of course before I though about it, I remove the... part of plastic/metal that mini is standing usually. What should I do now?

Re: How to hold THIS mini when painting
glue minis to plastic bases, attach bases to wine cork (or anything else).feet are small, so there is risk mini would snap from plastic base during painting...
use pattafix to hold mini in place (on cork, base...)... though this would mean that feet would be covered and you'd have to paint them at the end

Just stick them on the base you're going to put them on and paint them whilst on the base i often do that.

I just just superglue (cyanoacrylic) it to the cork.

yeah, sometimes we choose to base minis before painting. or at least pin them to some cork for painting and then stick the pin to a prepared base.

I usually pin miniature to the wine cork but this time feet are to small. I'll listen to you guys and try superglue it.
