King of dwarves on war bear

How to convert or sculpt a miniature? How to make a decent base or even a full diorama?!

bear:
- what's the price?
- will it be available without the dwarf?
- if not, will the dwarf at least be a separate cast?

It is one part bear and rider only small parts like crown and weapon are casted as separated parts.
Meybe it is good idea to make bear without rider but in my opinion bear fit good to dwarves, meybe it can be converted as SF model. About price I need talk with Demi :)

I'd prefer to have an option of putting another rider on it :) I'm sure I'm not the only one.
Of course, I don't know much about casting and financial consequences, so I'm not pushing you

Looks good :) i'd be more interested in just the bear too. ;) but if they dont come separate i might still get one. Very nice work. I like the whole idea behind it and looks like a proper war beast :D

On such a big mount and for a little person, what about a halberd or polearm?

The bear looks like from the Golden Compass movie. I must say I like the dwarfs but the bear is even cooler.
Very interesting releases, but I agree - separating the bear from the rider can increase sales by attracting other customers.
