a french contest who take place in lyon (france) this week end

ACHTUNG, ACHTUNG !!!! there is over 500 pics, and won't be suprised if after watching the whole, we will have their some suicide.....

so, if you watch, avoid to have a gun closely (or a knife)

there are such contests in Poland. here is photo-report of contest held in Bytom (in February, IIRC). Tanks mainly, as it was contest for modellers.

Awesome pics, awesome miniatures. It seems however you're only allowed to enter if your mini is one of those large square bases I can never find here in Holland... oh wait I see a large round one as well... :roll:

@Bren: if you ever need a show base then let me know! I got two boxes full and I might just have a good one for you. I had a few on sale over at Subcultures, don't know if they are all sold though...

Oh thanks! I know there were a few at Subcultures, but they were too big for me (or at least the ones that were still there). I'm mainly looking for simple square or round bases for single miniatures. But I'll go and check the Mini-Art-Con first this saturday :)

It's nice seeing the historicals so intermixed with the Sci-fi/fantasy. That's just nowhere near as coming here in The States
