some really good works, some really bad pics.
it seems, that competition was tough.
"scrap launcha MK IV" made me laugh  great name for a model.

some of entries even made me think...that's good when piece of art does that. For example:
- gold large scale - lizard is so wild, it runs, jumps, dances... whatever. Yet the rider is so calm, his pose suggests he's rather on a parade. How does he do that?
- bronze open - horse by the freaking huge tank with battle cannon and lots of additional guns... Does the horse have ears? Is it deaf?
- bronze 40k single - why do you build trenches? to hide from enemy shooting or to ride over them on your beautiful white horse?

I really have to turn common sense off sometimes... especially when I look at fantasy minis.

The horse next to the tank has ears. They are standing up and facing forward. And it looks like a FW horse to me, but hey, I could be wrong.

all models on that dio are IMO from FW.
ok, horse got ears. Thank you for pointing that out Tanya :) It must be deaf then  or engines are off ^^

EDIT: Trov, if you're asking for that long grass, I would say it is "field grass" Pic is from woodland scenics, but it is made by lot of companies manufacturing basing materials.

holly molly. The competition gets stronger and stronger. The chaos Baneblade looks great and the Carnifax is simply stunning.
