How to convert or sculpt a miniature? How to make a decent base or even a full diorama?!

got these three sci fi fantasy figures finished.

First up is a hacker. Made the head a bit too big though...

The third is the best. Then the hacker. Don't like the second girl too much. Seems too thin and tall for me. A bit unrealistic.

But I'd gladly pick up one casting of the last guy!

Agreed with Mahon, third is the best. Love the hat, sweet addition :)

thanks! glad you liked the hat, caused me a lot of trouble! Had to try the rim 3 times and finally I had to make it seperate and stick it onto the head!
