So it was Romain... I first thought Bragon. The paintingstyle reminds me of one of his previous minis. (selfsculpted beast)

Saw one in person today and was amazed how awesome it is. Bragon's paintjob took 3rd (or 4th sorry) place at GenCon in Monster category.
