I probably like David Rodríguez' Red Scorpion Terminator the best. It's one of the few that stand out of the competition because I found myself browsing through a gallery where a good 26/33 (leaving out youngblood and forgeworld) entries all had the same style...

I like many of these works, but I share Trov's impression: most works look as if painted by one painter. The same style, the same palette, the same school... Great quality, good ideas, but the general impression was a bit monotoneous.

But youngbloods seem to paint a bit different: they use colors! Is it Spanish new wave coming?

I really like the "historical", spanish school of painting...
I like it much more than more "cartoony" or better: fantasy-like way of painting

I wasn't too impressed with the 40.000 Singles but then more and more beautiful works started to appear on my screen! Although I share the feeling of a lot being the same style and therefor not a particular mini standing out, I must say that for me this is the best GD of 2006!
