the purple looks nice but I get the impression that the transition between the colors is a bit fast. I see almost no transition between the very dark and very light areas, while it is good for the deepest folds, the higher folds could use some different tones of purple

the armour plate is very nice too.

Looking forward to the progress :)

i will do the shading and highlighting in the inverse on what you do...i'm talking of the nmm gold

reflection of the sun come on the top, and the brighter part is the higher one

as for the blending technics, it's seems to be very good

the purple is too flasky for me, try to desaturate in adding a grey inside (space wolf for example)

good beginning :D

I like the purples alot, but the gold can use some more depth imho, preferably by adding stronger shades.

the cloak would profit from some darker parts as well

I suggested washing or glazing the cloak with some very subtle color to tie it with the rest of the mini a bit...

I will repaint a cloak at the evening. I'm going to do scales in 2 colours. What do you thing about it? Maybe a orginal scaly green but at higher level?
