I found it on Black Library site:
Karl Kopinski

JPK Kopinski (aka Karlos the Jackal) - a man not of the people. He has lived in Nottingham all his life, except for a period of self-discovery travelling across Poland, where he became involved with a brutal street gang. He was later arrested after a dispute over two pigs and an illegal chicken turned nasty. The result was a three-year stretch on a Fine Art course in Sunderland. He was later transferred on the grounds that his drawing skills were subversive and undesirable. So, pens and inks, BB gun and Fender Strat in hand, he returned to Nottinghham, where he now spends his days manically doodling in a maximum security, hermetically sealed loft.

there has been a rumour for quite some time now that Rackham was going to release scifi stuff. Even a rumour that it was going to be prepainted. Which obviously isn't gonna be the case looking at the standard of the minis on the pic.
I just hope the game itself will be more interesting as a scifi game than confrontation is as a fantasy game.

weren't they working for GW as only one of their companies? I thought they were working for more than just GW...

Weird Wars Germans vs. Space Bugs

YAWN

Truly original concept

Two of minis are nice though. The middle one has got the most stupid helmet I've seen.
Female model looks very infinity-like.

ToMaZ - I also heard, that Confrontation rules suck. I've not played, so can you give me some more details?

Prepainted - the last rumour I've heard is that models would be available both as prepainted and unpainted.

Adrian Smith is a freelance artist. I thought Kopinski was an in house artist, but apparently he left or I'm mistaken.

It's funny how I've been reading lately that Confrontation rules aren't great. I tend to like the system for a skirmish game. The only down points is you shouldn't play games with more than 15 minis (after all, that's what Rag'narok is for) and nowadays there are so many cards it's getting complicated to keep up if you play in tournaments.

Regarding the AT-43 minis, I'm not overly enthusiastic about them. The human 'Bots are too cubical for my taste and the general human designs have already been more or less done. The alien/Cryx things do look promissing though ... just have to wait and see what comes out in the end ... if it ever comes out ... remember Rag'narok anyone :P  ?
