Visual Mode?!?

Every time i click o&shy;n a "quick reply" field or i write a new topic, a message appears: "Use visual mode?"<br>it never happened&nbsp; before. it's due to my browser or it's the site?<br><br>If i click no, everithing behave like always did. if i click yes a bar of some sort of "rich formatting text" appears<br>

it is the side effect of the upgrade of software. unfortunately the admin's panel of the ofrum is broken, so I cannot fix it now.

we will be moving to another software for the forum in a day or two, so the problem will be gone then. by this time you can only grind your teeth and suffer

hmmm yesterday I had to edit a topic and I had no problems with visual mode. I mean, it wasn't there anymore. And today it's back... I was wondering if everyone else still has this visual mode? or oly my internet browser

I don't know what's wrong. I also experience this problem when I use Ana's browser, but no problem when I use mine...

The visual mode module was deactivated, deleted, cache cleared and... nothing helped. When we move to te new forum this should be fixed but I always have plenty of other work before I can finish adjusting the new forum

ah ok... well I'll try to delete my cookies and stuff. See if that helps. I did get used to it, it's only a pain when trying to paste links or edit a post

nope. I also use firefox at home (and don't have this problem), while Ana - who also uses it - has this problem...

I have it too... then I press cancel and then if I right click on the edit field, I get a stupid window with text-formatting controls. This is annoying, because I like to use my BBCode extension in Firefox (which is in the right click menu).

I ALWAYS have the visual mode stuff enacting. *shrug* Annoying, but not all that troublesome...
