Hello!

Post by Fayarin »

Hey all!

I came across this forum and it seemed like a nice place to get info on painting and stuff. I'm painting for 1.5 years now and I don't have real talent so I'm not that good. So that's a contrast to most of you guys over here, I guess :)
I'm allways looking for ways to improve my painting.

I have a 'website': https://www.mini-anne.tk Don't expect much

Greatings! Anne

i don't believe painting is about talent, I think it's about patience and practice. the two lord of the rings miniatures on your site look amazing !
the weakest point on all of your miniatures seem to be the photography and the bases. If you can get those to a higher level you have top quality stuff

do not worry, I am a noob and I am still here without being banned and survive,

ya, agree , it is quiet, and I am painting too, so less postings, replies or shoutbox visit than before.

Hi Anne!

This place isn't all about painting but also about having fun with friends! The activity is a little bit like a rollercoaster, one moment the activity is very high and a lot of posting and chatting is done and another moment it's low.

Edit: and I see you're Dutch! Even better! ;)

Wow! What a warm welcome! :D I even got a flower..here's one for you: :rose:

Indeed I'm Dutch. I didn't knew there were Dutch GD winners... in my area I'm the best painter, and that's frustrating :(
When I paint something I'll try to get it online. :D

Where in Holland are you then? And there are several Dutch Golden Demon winners. Koen Bakker, Dennis Jonker, Jasper Kuipers and another few...

@ToMaZ: The Dutch Rule! ;)
