they look quite allright, but I'm not a fan of them. I rather convert them myself with tyranid bits and such.

I think GW should do something about the poses of their mini's too IMO. They are too static.

To be honest I'm getting quite bored with all the Space Marines being done lately! They have enough of them, Í'd rather see them put their effort in other stuff!

I do agree they are better than previous incarnations but GW seems to do a lot for a couple of armies and the other ones just get an update every few years. For instance how many times have the Tyranids been updated now? 2, 3 times for a relatively 'young' army that's a lot.

(Still the new Carnifex is one of the best models they ever did! Every time I see it I like it more! :D )

I actually liked some of the new space marines they came out with (the Shrike model, and the ultramarines honor guard), but for the most part the difference wasn't worth the hype behind it. I agree that they should skip the tyrannic veterans and leave that for conversions.

Oh, the new Carnifex is MUCH better than the previous versions!! Are all the new tyranids plastics? Ah well too much $$$ :)

Yeah, it's all about business. What sells well, gets pushed, otherwise trash can :)

Yes, the new Carnifex absolutely rules! I also know that it's made entirely out of plastic. The new Hive Tyrant is made out of plastic and metals bits.

The wood elf doesn't look that good painted in GW style/colours IMO... and I loved the model when I saw it in the WE by GW topic. And that gandalf could be nice if his horse wasn't way too small... or is it a pony :) If you compare, sitting Gandalf is almost bigger than the standing horse/pony.
