Its one hard sculpt to pull off from that concept... I think the position sugested on the concept art doesnt fit for a 28mm and i explain why:
Its to tight position wise and just one little change of the arms or leg angles makes everything look to clumbsy, add that the gargoyle depraved look doesnt help either.
For example you often see this on tyranids since torsos are leaned forward and legs raised makes the interesting ribcage simply not visible... its ok but a big and interesting part of the mini isnt seen.
Speaking or rib cage those breasts seem like they are going to explode.
Keep it going mates.
