your painting plans for 2010?

1. go on with already begun Vampire Counts army - OK --> I`m did a tomb kings Mordheim band instead, OK because Mordheim has turned out more interesting them WFB
2. begin with Eldar one - OK--> half of the the dire avengers` unit is almost finished
3. entry for Slayer of Daemons II/Hussar -NOK--> my entry for was destroyed 3 days before the Hussar competition
4. travel to a foreign GD with something -NOK--> I was thinking about German GD, but eventually didn`t go
5. sculpt my first mini - OK --> I have sculpted 3 scorpions
6. last year I painted my first non GW mini, this year I want to make double the score and paint 2 more - OK I have painted 2,5 and I have begun a whole tale that consist of non GW minis

Ok time to conclude this thread!

Personally I failed miserably at reaching my goals... this was probably caused by the fact that I was going to buy my current house two weeks after writing the post below. But after months of hard work my family and I are finally settled in. There's still a lot of plans for work around the house (redo the garden etc) but those busy times of hard work and moving are over.

So for 2010 I want to return to serious showcase painting again. First I will have to finish some ongoing projects (of which one is the Deathwing unit as it can be seen in the WiP section of the forums).

In 2010 I finished exactly three projects: my Deathwing unit, the Mantic Games vignette and a Red Box Games figure: The Keeper.
I didn't paint anything gaming quality, in that way I have reached my goal somewhat

After that I will probably start working on a unit of Black Scorpion undead pirates I bought a few months ago. When those are done I'll maybe do some Infinity figures or old Rackham ones...

No progress at all on these projects. I might pick them up again in 2011... let's say there's a 50% chance.

OK, my plans:

- paint my first bust, maybe start new collection, I don't know..., - NO, but I have bought one.
- maybe paint historical minis, - NO
- Slayer of Daemons II... :pray:, - YES, Hussar 2010
- more "Blanchitsu", - NO, dammit...
- more eBay , - Few minis... Well, YES

And that's all I think... Overall I'm going to improve my skill...
