Ok sorry not to be pleased with this effort but...
I dont understand the need to copy something... you say its the money... I say good for you. Just dont say its original because its the ultimate example of lack of originality.
Sorry if i was harsh.

Who said it's original? But it can be nice anyway and bear marks of the author's style and interpretation

And so we're done with the GD...
My works are still awaiting for Mahon's photo-sessin, and these marines may eventually get indicidual photos too...
I also wrote a few words about painting the dreadnought for curious readers, and maybe I will manage to post them today
But now now you can comment on these Nurgle guys!
I am satisfied with the banner, which I managed to paint only with the second attempt.
I think I might be able to paint the fly at the first time, but I didn't even give it a chance....
... I don't think it was lack of patience, but rather lack of decision.
Before the 1st and 2nd attempt I browsed through 4 albums of artwork, which helped me make my concept clearer.
I think the biggest mistake of this squad is the color of their eyes, which I think could not escape unnoticed by the judges... but I realized it only after the GD.
The next troopers will have dark visors, which will - hopefully - make them more sinister.

Wow

this looks nice, im not keen on the way it seems really busy at certain points and im having trouble focusing on it as a whole, im wondering if that's just the background blending a bit with the colour of your marines or the photo itself?

Oh the only other small small point is on the banner, the teeth on the skull look a bit strange to me, since everything else seems decayed, the teeth are nice and shiny

. But i like seeing your work its great and i've love to see that bit you wrote on your dreadnought. Your paintings are a real inspiration.

Individual I like the models a lot. I agree on the eyes, a darker colour would've suited them better.
As a whole the base looks (like Arctica said) a bit busy and it's hard to focus. The way the models are positioned looks a bit odd to me and I also believe they could have been better integrated into the showbase.
The freehand of the fly is my favourite part!:)

You should have made 7 ... it's the nurgle number
I like the squad a lot. The eyes are fine IMO. I'll wait for the individual pics to comment on the marines.
I have to agree with the comments above on the showbase though. The marines look a bit misplaced on it.
Like the one with the plasma thingy, I think he and the one raising his chainsword would look better in the front because of their action poses. Then the leader and behind the leader the more static poses... Because he seems to order them forward
Now individual pics please

you want your minis or pics?
BTW I think it's some valuable insight about integration minis with scenic bases and putting them there in such a way that would make the most sense...
You keep learning all the time. When you stop - it's time to quit...

I like them as they are, but there should be 7 of them as Tomaz says

Good job.
