Nice Phil
I think for the OSL, you could go in the same line as the dress (a greenish yellow) or the blue you worked into the skin.
I suggest working on some blue in the deepest folds too and fade it into the rest of the dress. It'll make the shades deeper and add some contrast + color variation.
You could limit it to the lower areas for that.
That is if you want to put the time into that mini

white base, blue wash, light blue wash, light blue + light green glaze, more green in consecutive layers, then white added to the mix, more with each layer.
Hair have more blue showing, as it made for deeper shadows. I only added greenish glazes in few place to change colours, trying to create swirling-colours effect on floating ghosts hair.
TMZ - thx for hints, might use some of them

Phil, the Ghost is not finished I know but it's quite good already!:D
Slap some OSL on her and finish the rest and you've got a very very nice piece!
Also, may I suggest a ''shaven'' look on the barbarian on his head next to the mohawk and maybe chin stubble?

yet another attempt to make a proper pic of barbarian skin...this one is quite good actually. As you can see, his hair are being painted slowly. very slowly
ah yes, I'm repainting eyes.
