I like the first one! IMO nice sculpt and it would be a great mini to learn SE-NMM

and as czlowiek.morze says it would be an awesome one to practice on.

really good batch this time, Morf. I'm only not fond of the second mini. I do like Dr Mercury, but I'm afraid he might loose a lot without a good quality paintjob like one shown on your display piece.
Nomic seems like a really talented painter, btw.

Thanks guys.
I believe the next wave is absolutely the best one we ever had with 2 of my favorite Pulp City miniatures ever. So brace yourselves

pretty good sculpt, but not something I'd like to paint.
I'm not much into pulp, and perhaps I'm totally wrong, but I start to have a feeling that PC line has too varied minis to fit into the same game setting. Indian shaman vs red riding hood vs latex superhero? I don't know, this might be characteristic of pulp settings and fans will love it. I'm only speaking from my own perspective (no pulp fan, no gamer)

I disagree nameless I think the PC line is a great experession of the comic world that it is. I think its more a theme of the superhero setting. The pulp part its that in many ways its a little over the top and exagerated. Though as a big fan of comics I really find it less pulp and more an honest nod to the genre.
Natural super soldiers: Black Widow, Nick Fury, Snake eyes and Storm shadow
Wimps made in to heros: Captain America , any of the fantastic four
Hi tech: Iron Man, X-men's Forge , Dr. Doom
Mysterious or weird gains in powers: Spiderman, Dr. Strange, Doctor Voodoo, ghost rider (my fav)
The whole comic world is a mess of masked, latex, power suits, and commandos that any comic book based game its going to be the same way.

Couldn't have said that better Neolis, thanks.
There is some sort of unification within factions, for instance all Heavy Metal Supremes form a nice high-tech team, Blood Watch is a band of ragtag supernatural hunters.
But yeah, you can create some absolutely random and unlikely alliances.
