Skin done. First time trying a color transition like on the tentacle, I think it turned out great!

I really like the blend of blue to flesh you might be able to redeem the bad sculpt. Can i recommend some patterning to the tentacle.

You could try to make the transition a little diferent, you already have the blue now why not make the transitition between flesh and tentacle starting earlier and adding a middle color like pink or even a red, for me the idea is adding a strong color to give emphasis to the abnormal tentacle, and in the end you could use the same color in the end of the tentacle.

the transition is pretty "sudden" for me yet works really fine imho;
you could try apply sth similar on the horns...
