oh wow, the clothes look really cool. most likely one of your best paintjobs, if not the best one.
smooth, contrasted, not exaggerated too much. definitely good ones.
hard to disagree on the hair though. highlighting a few better defined strands of hair would make it more interesting.

What i think needs a touch is the nose, do its the sculpt fault you can try to hide the size with som shadows

Re: Corvus' WIPs
great start, the highlights are looking quite good on the armour, either it's the photos or the colours choices but it looks quite dark and bleak.
Re: Corvus' WIPs
I really like what you did on the legs. Well done!

Re: Corvus' WIPs
Hi guys, haven't been on the forum for a while since I've been on holiday for the past 3 weeks. In the meantime I've been working on a Cryx starter box, purely for fun. I wanted to revisit the streaked armor I also did on some Deathwing a while back.

The last couple of days I also started working on a new design for my blog. I already did quite some work a few months ago, but now I'm finetuning everything and getting ready for a launch. I hope you like it.

I like the new layout and can't wait to see it live.
Regarding your minis - it's nice to see that despite being on vacation you keep painting. These look quite promising. The streaky painting style reminds me of the technique I recall from military modeling for representing effects of dust and rain on models. Of course, it's much more subtle then but the streaks just made my memory bring the image back.

the things thstsd intrygue me is that you start part of mini end finish it then go for another wich is completly difrent from my tech wich is all about placing contrast end light on whole model wnd then finish details & clear paint
