no problem. I still have to work on smoothness of transitions, no matter if it's olive, beige or pink :)

back to eldar. thanks to Trov, he has a brand new head, which I have happily started to paint. you can see my pitiful efforts to paint something, that would resemble skin and eyes here:

i like it...may be a little bit rosy, may be try to add a little bit bleached bone or beige +green to break this hot redish tone
put clearest tone of the top of the cheeks and just upon the eyelashes to point out the face from the mask

I think I'll leave that rosy effect, but will follow your second advice concerning the final highlight on the face.

paint issue - if I don't shake those browns properly, they shine. and I of course uisually forget to do it.

as you can see, I worked on black parts today, mask and cloth. Cloth looks better here, than in reality, but I'll leave it as it is for now. I don't like mask, have to highlight it much more, I think. Maybe even to pure white?

and this might be my another entry at Bazyliszek :) I wiped the dust off it today :)
