orks :
re define hands details with darklining - they got Fingers right :D
Sorcerer .. well looks chaotic ..
i would try to create some sharp fine details as now this looks somehow "oil painted"
some lines separating armor plates from echloters and from red
additionally i would just dark link areas betwen armors plates to create simple illusion of shadows

Trying to give him a cool base, based on a chaos star, still needs a lot of work though:

the "usual" : increse contrast e specialy in shadows - mix dark red with this green and that will be proper shadow color (add a bit of black = deep shadows - you may add also a bit of dark blue to make shadows more intresting )

all festering zits - a spot of yellow at the tip - make it much more awful :D

I can see that the deeper shadows have helped the miniature :)

looking better than a messy Festus.
check the contrast you have on the belly muscles - use these highlights on other parts of the skin. if his belly (slightly hidden under the head and horns) gets that light, so should fingers, top of the head, knees etc.

I see what you mean. Good of you to see.
I only did the belly muscles as an test. And it stands out for you, so I'll highlight the rest as well.
