Should unregistered persons (Guests) be allowed to post on the forums?

No way, this only makes a mess in the forums because we sometimes forget to log in and post as Guests :(

I voted No. This will prevent future mess. I've seen mess on other forums made by registered users and the only thing that keept them from making more mess is that they had to registed new accounts every time they vere banned.
