nice... but doesn't change the fact that I'd really love to see bretonnians painted using metallics sometimes :)

The style presented here is something totally different to what we are used to...
I always thought that the overall quality level is lower in Australia, but it's not right...

These minis are of very high quality, but the style is very different to what we know. The miniatures are very smooth but a bit flat - the highlights are very delicate and subtle. The terminator is an excellent example of that. Great quality but looking very plastic, like an action man or another plastic toy... I think that's what the general cliche of lower quality in Australia originated from.

This is mainly because we arent subject to many other miniature companies other than GW... Well I think anyway. Confrontation and like systems are not so big over here and also due to our remoteness inspiration can only be taken from forums and other like mediums of communication. I think its mainly because we are still developing.

ok i was wetting my pants for a second with the bretonian, since i am doing something similar right now...hehe...

but then again i sculpted so much and mine doesnt have a banner *phew*

that breton is very nice, it looks good even on an unsharp pic. She can be proud of this one me thinks :)
