Fabius Bile-how to make him loyal?

I just bought second hand Fabius Bile miniatures and I want to "draft" him to my Relictors Space marines. And I really need some ideas. Help will be apreciated

Relictors are those marines that use the chaos artifacts against chaos itself right? And allmost have been wiped out by some inquisitor according to the fluff?

To convert him to loyalists side, I would remove those chiurgeon arms for starters. It makes him look to much like a techmarine IMO when you use him in a space marines army. Swap his gun for a space marine gun.
I would remove the shoulderpad with the chaos star too. The EC shoulderpad could stay just to give that little chaos feel to it. Also turn his cloack of skin to a normal one. I can't picture a SM with a cloack of flayed enemy skin

That's what I would do I think. Hope it helps.

I would try to sand it down a little and mabye then use some greenstuff to smoothen it out.
