Timeframe: Entries will be accepted between now and August 25th.
General Rules and issues:
- Only new paintjobs will be be considered acceptable. If any of the judges find any postings of pictures on the internet prior to the end of judging, the piece will be disqualified from winning prizes.
- Entries will be submitted via email to jason@stubbdog.com
- There will be an amateur and an expert level contest. The enterer must declare which they are entering their piece into.
- Being a Warlord related painting contest, only Warlord (or similarly miniatures with similar scale and fantasy era characteristics) will be allowed.
- Up to 3 submissions per painter will be allowed, but any painter may only submit for one category - i.e. You cannot enter both the expert and novice categories, but you can enter multiple times in whichever category you choose
- Expert level entries must be in diorahma form with a minimum of 2 characters.
- The overal size of the diorahma base cannot be less than 5"x5".
- The diorahma base must be specifically created for use with this contest (cant simply pull out a piece of terrain and toss some minis on it). It wil be the judges opinion if this rule is complied with.
- Entries need not be a diorahma, but must contain at least 1 valid miniature (as described under General rules) with base.
- All persons submitting entries will receive a gift certificate good for 5% off in the ERH store.
- The runner ups in each category will receive a gift certificate worth 10% off from the ERH store.

The winners choice of any 2 minatures from the same faction as the winning entry - The grand prize for the Expert level contest will be none other than the new Reaper Hill Giant:
