4 foot tank complete setup with fish - sad day!

Post by Cyberpaddy66 »

Well it's both sad and happy but I have to get rid of our 4 foot fish tank with all the fish pumps, heaters etc as we are going to be moving to Cornwall soon and need the money for the deposit and rent on the new house. It's a well established and fully mature tank with lots of lovely fish (room for more) that would be ideal for anyone wanting to have a big community tank for their family.

I'll list out the items here for you...

4 foot glass tank with lid and fitted light (3 foot fluorescent).
Heater.
Internal power pump filter.
External hang on the side trickle filter.
Several pieces of Bog and Mopani wood.
Several large green quartz rocks.
Fully planted.
2 stick on thermometers.
CO2 Bubble Ladder and DIY CO2 bottle system.
Black gravel.
Collection of sundry items including tap safe, testing kit and nets.
Any left over food we have.
NO STAND!
Sorry but we are going to keep the Buddha :)

FISH:
4 Neon Tetras (1 possibly gravid).
3 Pearl Danio's.
4 Yoyo Loaches (2 pregnant females and 2 almost mature males).
3 Kuhli Loaches.
4 Armano Shrimp (2 female and 2 male).

Buyer must be able to take the whole tank (bring a strong friend) with all the equipment and contents unfortunately we can't help with the lifting as our backs are bad.

Please do not ask us to split the items, we need to sell the whole thing and it has been listed on Gumtree to get a wider market but if anyone on here wants it first you get priority ;)
Getting back into the thick (or rather thin as in thinning my paints) of it, not picked up a brush in some time so this may hurt a bit until I get used to the feel of them again

These guys are easy to maintain, either a 10% water change during the tank vac every week or a 50% water change once a fortnight, it'd be even easier if I didn't use buckets :bonk:
