Chaos Marauders

Work has halted on the dragon lord for the moment as I went a little too far, too fast and screwed things up. Gonna take a bit for me to even want to tackle the model again. In the meantime, here is a couple wip shots of my mounted Marauders, tabletop models only so not show pieces.

The metalic's look really good how did you achive such effect ?

I use a few layers and then washes to achieve the look I want. The metal on the weapons is not nearly done yet however, just the Boltgun basecoat.

So far so good! The horses' skin is something I like most at this stage. Great uniform, saturated color with nice shades. Waiting for more...
