thanks for the idea!
I didn't think about it while making the piece but I'll surely remember about it if I ever decide to build anything similar

what keeps surprising me is that Demi always manages to create nice and impressive models, with unique style and very strong character, but then fails at details.
such as the metal plates on the wheel - very little additional work would make a huge difference. it was the same with the dreadnought - nice, weathered, but details like rivets and extra stuff were not defined until we complained about it to him.

why don't you spend the extra bit of time and pay extra attention to those minor things which can add so much to your model?

Very creative and well executed. I would have like to see some OSL on the propeller cast from the torch, though. Other than that I am very impressed. Your weathering is exceptional.

Me to... OSL....OSL....OSL :scholar:
Getting back into the thick (or rather thin as in thinning my paints) of it, not picked up a brush in some time so this may hurt a bit until I get used to the feel of them again

You were my hope in dark days but we have failed!

Excellent piece and on originality alone you should have picked up a prize!

I love how the finished piece looks, it really is original and i think trying to paint the insides of the wheel looks really fiddly. Great work demi :D

50 slaves? I somehow thought it is illegal, isn't it?
But when it comes to selling - I would like to reserve one or two for myself :)
