*laughter* Oh boy... I had no idea this was even here until now.

Well, I managed to get in all of 4 hours of painting last Friday night. I haven't gotten to paint since then because of work. (Worked the weekend, late Monday, and really late Tuesday... :boohoo: )

There's still a ton of details to clean up, freehand stuff to finish, etc. I know I've been working on this forever, but I've never done some of the stuff I'm trying on this figure and I've had some serious scheduling problems. (you know, Geneva for instance :P)

I feel like an idiot for not having it done yet, but I just flat run out of ideas when trying to think the right way for a GD entry. I just don't get those kinds of ideas very easily.

Thanks for the cheering, though, folks. It REALLY helps motivate me to think somebody cares whether this gets finished or not. :rose:

(Considering its nearly been thrown into a wall and a vat of paint-stripper it'll be great if I can finally finish it. I'm always terrible at finishing stuff like this.)

Good luck to the pair of you. I hope you do well with your entrants, and from what I've seen or heard.. or palining being friendly they look/sound good. ;)

when I come home I need to finish the miniature I am working on as well. It will probably take all night again, as ever  but it's incredibly meditative, you should try a nightshift ;)

I wish you guys all the best, both that you finish your entries and for the competition itself ;)

Well going to try and have the digicam ready and waiting to take lots of pics. My entry I just found out will have to go to the open category so there is not a chance in anywhere it will do anything except sit there. But the chance to meet ladyeyes and just the whole attending a GD thing will be fun enough for me. :)
