Adeptus Custodes Marines

How to convert or sculpt a miniature? How to make a decent base or even a full diorama?!

Uhm, not very impressed with these conversions. I mean they're not bad, but also not very impressive. These things sculpted on one guy's chest look strange. Elements like masks or blades look too massive and crude, little wings look too soft and lack sharpness....

Conversionwise they're pretty mediocre. I believe painting will be better :D

Gotta agree with Mahon here, I've seen much better versions around the net! (and at home of course! ;) )

I can't do even something like this becouse my gs skills are really poor(I'm working on it:)) but I don't like them.. this gs parts are hmm too massive imo.
