I've seen this before on some tyranid models. It's really good to create a swarm army upto tabletop quality in a short period of time :)

yes it looks fooking amazing...especially on organic minis...beats every "handpainted" tabletop standard army by far...

I',ve seen it done on some Warmachine ehhh....Khador (I think those are the red guys) army, painted in pastel red and bleached bone like colors, then dipped. looked amazing...

theonly problem - the glossy finish is easy to counter, so it is really a good idae

well for me painting is all about having fun and improving artistic painting skills... dipping kills both... so i dont like it :?

I wanted to write: I myself, being a bit chauvinistic here, want to stick with more "sophisticated" painting techniques.

but i thought that would sound too big headed ^^

none the less if you got an army to paint...
