so layers of paint are very regular witch is a good point
metallics are well executed, may be some more point of light with mithril silver
for the skin, try to give a little bit more of shade and highlight
a subbtle shade of brown orange could give more live to your mini

your mini has a very good harmony. each color match with the other

I'd probably add some more shading on the flesh but apart from that nice job: dark and natural -> very dark elfish

I commented on the Polish part of the forum - the skin looks flat and rubbery, but other than that it's nice.

The skin need highlights. The breasts and the arms should have some additional highlight layers. The shadows could be a bit deeper, too. I can't really see the cloak well enough to see how that's looking. Overall, a solid WIP.
