This mini is tiny, and now, blowing it up to 10 times it's size, I see lots of things I can fix and tidy up, although it looks pretty good in my hand. This is the third incarnation of the dagnabit sword. Also show base of the base...will be adding trail, leaves, rocks, shrubberies and evil Rat Dude. Working out how toa dd caption to this small diorama.
Oh, and I'm doing this for the next round of Iron Painter on the Wyrd boards - theme this time is "Sidekick". Sculpt is from the Frother's Sculpting contest, but can't remember the sculptor's name right now. Base is just pink insulation foam, two layers, flocking gel, and paint.
She is adorable Sue. As tiny as she is, you have done a wonderful job. I know the sword is a sore point for you, but just a simple comment, the back of the blade seems more realistic than the front of the blade. It may be just that the transitions are a little smoother?
Not to say that I could come close to what you do, but just my tuppence worth.
Looking forward to mroe piccies when the basing is done and you are finished.

If she is as small as you said, and judging by the NMM she can be, it's one amazing paintjob on her face. WOW...
If there's anything which lets her down it's the NMM on the sword. But otherwise it's one sweet paintjob!
