Oldschool minis

Post by Nameless »

Oldschool minis are fun, you say? They bring memories of your happy childhood? They make you say "soooo sweeeet" when you see them?

This thread is not for you then. This thread is for people, who are content, that mini sculptors are improving themselves and constantly bring minis to higher levels. Otherwise, your demon army might be led by such awesome monstrosity...

Especially for Demi, I present two-headed-zombie-something...

I challenge all of you - show something uglier than this... I'm sure you could find more horrors in the depths of internet, but are you brave enough to search for them?

OMG, these must be some of the MOST TERRIBLE sculpts I've ever seen...
Few could challenge them to a duel of ugliness....

my humble attempts (but can't beat yours) :

these are Ana's early works.
my favorite is the last one, which looks like a shapeless furry body. it's supposed to be a werebear. :P

but I doubt I can ever beat what you found. :(

what a co-incident!
I wanted to start similar topic today ^^

as for classic stuff I'd like to present what I have in my possession:
oldie bloodthirster made of some patrs from here and really old wight or sth like that: I got that model from Skirtster ( ) and at this stage model is being prepared for painting :)
unfortunatelly cannot any pic in the webspace :(

as for the plans for these stuff I surely want to paint them but because bloodthirster came to me damaged (whip broken apart) I'm considering converting this bastard to give it hardened construction and refreshed look :)
I'm thinking about mechano-daemon of some sort but that's just a plan
