very cool sculpt! I like it a lot. That "familiar"reminds me a bit of a goblin/gnoblar with that nose

The hair is easy to fix! Just find a trimmer...

Yeah, that familiar looks quite like a gnoblar, but it has a lot more character, IMO.

*edit* after looking some more at this mini I think I must get one sometime...

Nice sculpt, the familiar looks a Gnoblar rip-off though! (which in turn they ripped off themselves from Brian Froud's work...)

Yes, that's quite a subtle expression. It's much easier to make someone look aggressive or creepy.
