I drive in it fairly frequently (like tomorrow I will), but all of my co-workers say I'm crazy to prefer driving to my meetings rather than taking the Metro. :lol: I worked down there for a while a couple years ago, and I learn my way around by memorizing maps, so it doesn't bother me. *shrug*

But you don't want to live INSIDE DC unless you have plenty of money typically. And you can't want quiet, because its always noisey (like London).

I have never been there, just saw that both of you mentioned 'outside'. I thought it was a funny coincidence, but now I see, there is a reason behind :).
