How to convert or sculpt a miniature? How to make a decent base or even a full diorama?!

Wow, really nice sculpt. Maybe I`ll start to sculpt myself also
The back of his cape looks a bit strange, as there is something weird hanging around. Chainsword could be smoother. And according to original Vostroyans you have to make his hat bigger ! :)
But beside that everything looks just fine !

I`m really looking forward to see him painted :)

yeah, the clothes could be smoother, but maybe you did what you wanted... still the sculpt is really good and inspiring to starting sulpting (as Szary said). Good job! Now go paint it :)

I recommend it...
The back of his cape looks a bit strange, as there is something weird hanging around.

Agreed, altough its strangeness is increased in the pic...
I've however done some work to it now and it's getting much better :)
Chainsword could be smoother.
Will fix that too
And according to original Vostroyans you have to make his hat bigger !

Hmmm...
I`m really looking forward to see him painted

Me too :P

...and inspiring to starting sulpting (as Szary said).
That's a good thing, I wonder how I achieved that... :)

Bro, do me a favour and start working on a professional career in sculpting!
Sometime, perhaps ;)

Thanks for the comments, I'll put up some updated pics soon if you like.
