thanx guys :) I too think this has been my best skintone so far and it didn't even took THAT long to paint. Now I need to manage to paint the rest to the same standard
Well I'm motivated enough so... I might even pull it off :)

Started painting his trousers. Not close to finishing that part at all, but I like how it's turning out so far. I'll update when I have them ready.

Again thanks for the comments guys :)

Looks great indeed, Thomas!
My only remark would be different colour of shades on face and body (face is more reddish). It's kinda disturbing for me. Waiting for further pics

The face is actually a tad lighter than the body. I think it looks a bit reddish because of the bigger contrast between the shades and highlight. On the rest of the body I have larger surfaces to play with and can spread it out a bit more.

Thanx for the comments guys. I'll try to update as soon as I finish his pants and get some decent pics of it ;)

I thought I had finished his pants last night, but I haven't. I guess I was too tired and saw what I wanted to see.
Anyway, I promised some guys an update, including Nameless, so I tried to take some more pics. I used the same background, the same lights and the same settings as used on the previous one and yet the pic turns out completly different.
If I take 2 pics with a timespan of 20 secs in between, without changin anything, the 2 pics turn out completly different.

Anyway, here's the pic:

Some highlights don't show (those on the pants almost vanished) And the colortone is different. ATM I'm really fed up with my cam, but I'll probably try to take some more later today. When I've calmed down a bit

I know the pants needs more highlighting even though most the highlights aren't showing, but I find it hard to do as I want to keep the overal effect pertty dark.
I'll work some more on those pants today. Got nothing else to do untill tonight anyway.

Of course I'd love to hear some critique and tips and like always: Please don't hold back.
I WANT tips on how to even improve this further and I want it NOW ;):)

Thanx
