I was thinking about starting a new WFB army and came up with the
dino-riders.
I dont like the standard GW-studio blue ones and thought about a red scalygreen with blue-grey scales, tried and failed. Went for red with grey dindt work either...
Please help!

Those little, irritating skinks... And this awful frog
And you say that is not power gaming ?:P
But if we talk about painting - you will have a hard task to paint all scales with good effect. If I were you I would start from browsing some photos with real lizards. There you can find some inspiration I guess.

Yeah well I did that and nothing came up.
I tried the interactive saurus painter and came up with red skin in combenation with greyish scales.
