I believe its called Winged Elven Maiden. Its a fairly new Reaper mini.
Nope, it's Magnificent Egos mini. Sculpted by Sandra Garrity, IIRC.

definitely great works this time. I cannot even tell which one is my favorite. I think the gors are the less impressive for me. But the large scale models just made my jaw drop!
