lovely work,
wonderful painting of yellow and cream colour, but the skin doesn't mach with her hair. She looks like a brunette dyed to blond.
And If I could be in your place, the next time try with a different twig for a tree. Maybe a twig from grapes?
(and IMHO the snow on the tree should be mor whiter)
Don't get me wrong - all my suggestions are only because I respect you as a painter and hope they can be useful for you.

I know what you mean Ana but i wanted a a contrasting skintone to the other lady to really stand them apart. (suntanned american chick vs pale jap lady)

Great idea Ana i would have never thought of that!
Im not overly fond of the twig myself but its all i could find at short notice.

Don't worry Ana i'm no Diva i'm always happy to recieve constructive critisism (especially from such a great painter as yourself)
Fantastic work. As for painting yellow on black undercoat there is way to make it look good. First you paint with vomit brown and then you mix it with yellow, you keep highlighting with more and more yellow color and it looks good. I saw a guy use this on imperial fists and it looked very good.
