Really interesting tank conversion, is there a possibility in wh40k to field an army just with grots (even HQ)?
miniatures painted:
2011 - 83, 2012 - 38, 2013 - 45, 2014 - 56, 2015 - 95, 2016 - 106, 2017 - 22

only if you use A) different army codex and use models as - count as, or
B) ( I believe)you can use forge world codex imperial armour, or something done by GW in old times but don't remember what exactly, they have army codex for grot rebel ( as I say'd I think) and in imperial armour 8 there is few options for grots like grot tank attack mob, gretchin scavenger mob, of course killa kans
but i didnt seen any grot codex on my own eyes that would be official

I've build it guy as practice - to create 5-6 bikes count as for brother in arms for my grey knight
this fella is one big experiment so fell free to point any imperfections -IN PAINTING, as I said ignore mold lines and bad sculpt parts please. oh and I noticed on photo red finger prints on knee - this is fixed.
and I know about all the "dirty" lines I painted this model with very old brush, I've got army painter brush and will fix all that dirt in few days ( waiting for off)

and my grey Knight - I noticed on photo that there still not enough shadows but I cant find good way to paint thig light on deamon head and blood on sword, and one more question, is the model need more Glowing effest from sword lik on chest for example?

Space marine...on a "normal" horse...???
I know it's 41st millenium but it's still definitely not realistic.
Plus, horsey is too small compared to the space marine
I like the banner in the back

well to be honest I didn't noticed that horse is too small, there is so many horses and not every look like massive beasts like police horses, just for example - tarpan, race of small very tuff horses, banner on back I wanted to khan look a bit like Polish Hussars.

Two things that i think you could improve :
Thin your paints, a lot more. White and red are both tricky as most of the paint brands have poor coverage but it's always better to apply several thin layers rather than a thick one.
Also, your coverage is rather uneven, especially on the red parts.

priming in grey cheap wilko paint, thin layer of golden yellow, as background for heavy rusted painting.
metal parts primed with vallejo silver.
for armour wash - reikland shade from citadel , for metal parts my wash - mix of cavalry brown from vallejo, matt varnish and water, more painting afternoon.
