Re: Corvus' Showcase
I really like this one as everyone has said the whole compositon is very nice and I think that your endeavors into zenithal and contrast worked a treat

Re: Corvus' Showcase
Thank you everyone!
Most importantly for me is the fact that I finally seem to have found a technique which allows me to paint faster without compromising quality too much. And at the same time still keeping the contrast high. The only problem with this mini is the cleanness, the smoothness of the blend. But this simply comes down to putting a small amount of time extra into the painting to place the highlights more carefully.

Quick 2 hour paintjob, did at the Conflict 2012 event where I have given a painting demo, a present for the organizer of the event
These Mantic zombies have really grown on me, superb quality considering it's a plastic kit.

Re: Corvus' Showcase
The event basically was a Warhammer 40K tournament, with a small painting competition. All in all 100+ people were there I guess, it's a small club event. Soon I will give a workshop at the club

uuu... those are hard to judge. Did you paint them for yourself or for the company as an adverb? Did you want to try anything?
It is very hard to find something that I like
Everything is painted very rough, the hair looks like a dough and metal parts look just black + silver.
It is a bit funny because last time you did this miniature in only few hours and it looked much better.

Ulric the Defiler by Maelstrom Games, painted for the Bane Legions contest @ WAMP.
Rather quick paintjob (5-6), wished I had put a little more time in the base...
