Herald of Decay

Post by Trovarion »

Thought I'd post my latest mini here as well, it took second place at the Gaming Day (not Games Day) in Austria, Warhammer Fantasy category.

As I said before, and elsewhere.

I was used to Trovarion's dirty metallic works - which still are my favorites. But here it seems he did something quite different, which must've been pretty refreshing and interesting for him.

The only problem I can see is the base which is a bit too big and too heavy-looking. It draws a bit too much attention from the mini/diorama and destroys the balance of the whole piece - IMHO.

Well done Trovarion.

As Mahon said, the base is a bit on the big side, but apart from that I can find nothing wrong with this piece.

Amazing.

GW overdid the lighting, all the colors show brighter than they are in reality...must admit though my picture has a little yellow touch. just a little though.
