In Slovenia there are very few people interested in gaming miniatures. It's a very niche hobby reserved only for the most HC geeks. There are about 50 people altogether, they have a gaming club and visit ETC and similar events and there is a turnee event every year in Ljubljana.

Beside meeting them in the local shop I don't socialize with them, because I don't play, I just paint and collect. and I'm probably the only person in Slovenia, who does only that. ( but who knows really.)
Beside knowing a collector from Serbia I have no info on how is hobby doing in the ex-Yu states. there is a nice littel company in Croatia, that makes very nice terrain stuff thou - Tabletop world.
