and the releases in the latest post, aren't they released already? Or at least some of them (Carnivean for example is from the starter set).

I thought exactly the same when I saw it, but:
from the PP site:

This box set contains three color stat cards and one multi-part heavy warbeast plastic model (PIP 73057).

Earlier it was made of metal , as everything from warmahordes

No, at least not right away.

Vlad for Khador, Nemo for Cygnar, Lylith for Everblight and Asphyxious for Cryx. They are confirmed.
