Bought 3 boxes of some 'Fail cast' stuff last Saturday and after all those posts here I rapidly checked the quality. There is problem with one part - Wyvern's tail. There are holes on each horn at the end of it, quite easy to fill it up with GS, but I'll go and see what they are going to do with it (GW is very generous with reclamations). Every other part is good and Eldar Shadowseer is perfect - no mould lines!
So I think the biggest problem is randomness in what they sell.

Still sounds very hit and miss especially for the price tag

Hope they fix it, to me it looks like they hurried the job and thats the result.

Wheres the quality control? come on GW if you rise the price you need to improve quality control

i can't believe the crap they are selling. I never thought I'd ever say that, but I prefer their plastic kits these days xD

I hear ya! Though I haven't agreed with how they conduct their business for years I've always had a soft spot for GW and probably always will but the only thing I pay for these days are novels. The last figure I bought was Captain Sicarius and I thought the quality was not good and seeing all these fine cast fails it probably will not get any better. It's good they are reorganizing to make the company run better and I also understand that a company needs to raise their prices every now and then but GW is pushing this to the extreme.

On the other side I do think this is a positive thing for the smaller companies out there as disgruntled customers broaden their horizon and check out others giving them more chance to stay alive and expand! :)

end evrything fits ^-^
This why I wrote it at the bottom of my post. I think so far it is a fail. All I can say is I'm glad I didn't buy Ahzag, or the is Queek. But I did buy a succubus, and this wasn't good either. It is going back today.

As you can see half the sash is actually missing. Now I dont mind some modelling, hell I enjoy it, but this is unforgivable, parts completely missing isn't good.

More Fail Cast ;)
